Did you know that many common conditions can be managed at home or with a visit to your local pharmacy?

Please follow the steps below:

1. Self-Care - How can I Help Myself?

  • Water
  • Eyebath
  • Tape
  • Safety Pins
  • Triangular Bandage
  • Thermometor
  • Antiseptic Wipes
Useful medicines to have at home (but keep them safe and away from children!)
