The practice has allocated all existing and new patients to a named GP who will be responsible for their overall care at the practice, in accordance with NHS England requirements.
Patients are not limited to their allocated GP and can request to see any GP within the practice, and we will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate this request.
If a patient does not wish to have a named allocated GP, they are asked to advise the practice in writing, so that this can be recorded in their records.
If a patient wishes to know who their allocated GP is, we encourage them to contact the practice.
